Position Overview

Salary: Based on Experience

Aspire Child & Family Services is a family-owned organization dedicated to delivering exceptional Autism treatment. Our mission is to assist children diagnosed with Autism and other behavioral challenges in achieving their fullest potential through tailored plans and a highly skilled team committed to executing these plans with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive DSM diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents to identify various neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, and ODD.
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.
  • Draft letters, notes, and formal clinical reports regarding patient interactions.
  • Engage in consultations with Aspire IBHS leadership as necessary.
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for children and individuals requiring a diagnosis to formulate recommendations, treatment plans, and/or program placements.
  • Work Environment: Evaluations are carried out in a professional office setting. The work schedule is hybrid, with an expectation of in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting evaluations utilizing the ADOS-2 assessment tool.
  • Possession of a valid and active Pennsylvania license (including but not limited to PsyD, Physician, Physician's Assistant, Family Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, LCSW, LPC, or LMTF).
  • Current state and federal clearances are required, or the willingness to obtain all necessary background checks.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and other behavioral disorders is preferred.
