The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BSN)
- Relevant nursing experience (3 years for ADN/Diploma, 2 years for BSN)
- A minimum of one year in a leadership role within nursing
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses
- Current BLS/CPR certification
