Job Description:This BioPharmaceutical Account Manager position offers a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact in the neurology space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving demand creation and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your expertise in the biopharmaceutical industry to develop comprehensive account plans and execute against them
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy approved services necessary to meet the needs of each account/customer
- Deliver messages in a clear and compelling way to customers, effectively probe customer needs to handle objections, and close every call with a commitment to action to drive changes in behavior
- 5+ years of Specialty Sales experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Biologics or Medical Device sales experience
- Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of a fully integrated account plans
- Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
$150,000 - $165,000 per year, plus eligibility for a sales incentive target of $41,500
