Customer Service Manager

MAPCO is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused leader to join our team as a Customer Service Leader. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our convenience stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Implement and maintain cash control policies and procedures to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services.
- Adhere to health department safety guidelines for food preparation and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Lead by example, motivating sales associates to grow store sales and profitability through suggestive selling techniques.
- Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training team members to meet company standards and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
