Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Parallel Testing: Lead the parallel testing of payroll processes within the Workday system, ensuring alignment with existing payroll workflows.
  • Test Plan Creation & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate payroll functionalities in Workday. Ensure all test cases accurately reflect real-world scenarios.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team during the testing process, providing guidance and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data through detailed validation and comparison between legacy systems and Workday.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, results, and any necessary system modifications.
