SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in the 4T Telemetry unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel as needed, ensuring patient safety and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and unit activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Unit-specific competencies obtained within six months of hire.
