**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Nurse to join our team. As a Flight Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe transportation of patients to and from medical facilities.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  1. Patient Transportation: Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities and scene call locations.
  2. Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, using critical thinking skills to assess and manage patients in critical care situations.
  3. Aircraft Maintenance: Maintain a safe and well-stocked aircraft environment, complying with safety standards and briefings.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  5. Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
  6. Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date on required certifications and ongoing training.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Education: Current RN license in states served by the assigned area.
  • Experience: Three years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting.
  • Flight Experience: Flight experience preferred.
  • EMT Certification: EMT Certification in state(s).
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status.
  • Advanced Certification: Advanced certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) preferred.

**Benefits and Compensation:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
