Patient Care Technician SNF

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at ISD Renal, Inc. in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
- Float to support other SNF dialysis dens in the region as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- MUST SHOW A VALID AND ACTIVE CCHT ON THE NNCC WEBSITE.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
