Patient Care Technician Float Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician Float to join our team at DaVita. As a key member of our dialysis care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients in our SNF dialysis dens in Indiana.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Work collaboratively with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and meet clinical outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- MUST SHOW A VALID AND ACTIVE CCHT ON THE NNCC WEBSITE.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background a plus.
