Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Duties
    • Coordinate and document all patient care activities.
    • Facilitate daily meetings and provide updates.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Manage IT-related requests.
    • Develop and oversee staff schedules and timecards.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors and address any issues.
    • Manage inventory within established budgetary constraints.
    • Provide both clinical and operational support.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks.
    • Oversee the recruitment and training of new team members.
    • Implement workflows and address any concerns.
  • Client Relations
    • Address and resolve issues between clients, staff, and subsidiaries.
    • Assist in resolving client inquiries and requests.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Follow up with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Escalate complex issues as necessary.
    • Exemplify core values in customer interactions.
    • Enhance patient care and foster relationships.
    • Address complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a certified medical assistant program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
