We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Holiday Companies. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
- Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
