Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings and correspondence
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including case files and calendars
  • Assist with the procurement of bonds and the completion of necessary paperwork
  • Provide clerical support, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including those outside of the office
  • Maintain and update records in Carelogic, including Guardianship Forms
  • Order supplies and materials as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks associated with the Parents Forever Program
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Three years' office experience, preferably in probate law
