Job Description

We seek a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize engineering processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex technical programs and projects, with a focus on engineering operations, process improvement, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale technical programs and projects, focusing on engineering operations from conception to completion.
  • Oversee the development and execution of project plans, and timelines, ensuring effective resource management.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing and refining engineering processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
  • Manage the allocation of engineering resources across various programs, ensuring proper resource planning and workload balancing.
  • Implement resource tracking systems and processes to monitor team capacity and ensure optimal allocation.
  • Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and resolve operational challenges while collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Foster transparent communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on engineering operations, process improvement, and resource management.
  • Proven experience leading complex technical programs and managing cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other related project management certifications.
  • Demonstrated success in managing engineering operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working in enterprise-level companies in AdTech / FinTech domain.
  • Experience working with DevOps teams and familiarity with common tools used by DevOps teams.
What We Offer

Nexxen offers a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $140,000 - $150,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors, including skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
