Job Title: Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor

RISE INC FAMILY is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team in Kingman, Arizona. As a key member of our residential program, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our group home program, supporting a high quality of life for individuals in residence, and meeting their person-centered needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the RISE INC FAMILY mission, vision, and values in the management and support of our residential group home program.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Oversee and manage company and program records, including payroll and billing documentation.
  • Ensure programs meet licensing and survey requirements, as well as contractual compliance.
  • Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained, and support provided meets expectations of all policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all RISE INC FAMILY and AZ State DDD regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
  • A desire to work with people with disabilities or special needs.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of work and supervisory experience in home care support services.
  • Experience providing person-centered philosophy for people with developmental and physical disabilities in a long-term setting.
  • Demonstrate dedication to quality support, self-motivation, honesty, dependability, and flexibility.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superb organization skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.
  • Self-directed and works with minimal supervision.
Additional Candidacy Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license, minimum of twenty-one years of age, and meet driver requirements as specified by RISE INC FAMILY Insurance Agency.
  • Must be able to complete a successful background check, driving record check, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
