Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for the produce industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales executive to join our team as a Produce Sales Executive.

About the Role

As a Produce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major grocery retailers, including Albertson's, Grocery Outlet, Trader Joe's, Costco, Sprouts, Raley's, and Walmart. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the produce industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the produce industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the agriculture industry
  • Experience selling to buyers at major grocery retailers
  • Experience selling produce specifically vegetables, raw, bagged, etc.
