GENERAL SUMMARY
The individual in this role will be accountable for assisting in the operations of the Credit Union's Member Solutions Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the processing of Magic Writer Payments and ACH Payments, ensuring accuracy by verifying each transaction the following day and submitting service events as necessary.
- Distribute Repossession notifications and maintain Repo documentation and spreadsheets.
- Handle CPI and Lend Pro claims post-sale of repossessed vehicles.
- Manage State National reports to adjust and refund CPI premiums and modify payment amounts.
- Oversee the credit union's collateral protection initiative to guarantee sufficient collateral insurance is maintained for vehicle and mortgage loans throughout the loan duration, collaborating with members and insurance providers.
- File all claims with State National insurance.
- Monitor and track all claims, working closely with State National to ensure prompt responses.
- Adjust loan balances and payment amounts based on State National reports regarding CPI premiums.
- Engage with members and insurance companies regarding insurance inquiries.
- Issue delinquency and Master Card notifications.
- Analyze Member Solutions reports.
- Assist with overflow Member Solutions calls.
- Stay informed on all Credit Union policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations as mandated by the NCUA and other regulatory bodies.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Participate in training sessions, conferences, and seminars as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of high school education is required.
- Up to 6 months of relevant experience in collections or within a financial institution is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication regarding sensitive matters with members and colleagues.
- Intermediate mathematical abilities are necessary (including calculations involving decimals, percentages, and fractions).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with Office Suite is necessary.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Continuous sitting, frequent standing and walking, occasional crawling, climbing, balancing, reaching overhead, lifting/carrying (15 to 25 lbs), kneeling, squatting, pushing/pulling, bending, and twisting.
