About the Role

Erie Insurance is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our Security Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating transitions to new vendors, business processes, and technology. You will implement changes that impact business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, generate comparisons, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and validate solutions to effect transitional changes.
  • Ensure actions are in alignment with enterprise strategies.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes.
  • Utilize technical guidance received from leaders and higher-level peers to address complex problems and projects.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, team members, or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or a related field, plus two years' related experience.
  • Associate's degree in a technical field, plus four years' related experience.
  • High school diploma plus six years' related experience.
