Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Paychex. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales, or Major Market Sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage our Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers' needs and present our solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
  • Prospect for new clients and new referral sources using various marketing programs directed by Sales management.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests, determine which products are appropriate, and refer to the appropriate party when necessary.
  • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by Sales management.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
  • Project a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/marketing experience.
