We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to play a key role in educating potential clients about our services and guiding them through their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Consultations: Engage with prospective clients through consultations, presentations, and discussions to understand their weight loss goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on our clinic's services, emphasizing the benefits and unique features tailored to their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, follow-up, and encouragement throughout their weight loss journey.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into clients through persuasive sales techniques and effective closing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with clinic staff, including appointment setters and office managers, to ensure seamless client transitions and deliver exceptional customer service.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a healthcare, wellness, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
