PromptCare Companies Inc is in search of a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Technician to enhance our Biomed Repair division. In this role, you will be tasked with the cleaning, disinfection, and testing of a variety of advanced and standard Respiratory and Monitoring devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of all Respiratory and Monitoring equipment.
- Document and perform routine maintenance checks on all relevant devices.
- Barcode all equipment and bench test new arrivals from manufacturers.
- Execute minor repair tasks on equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
- Label equipment accurately and prepare it for patient-ready areas following established Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure all incoming equipment is cleaned and disinfected according to safety protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient, employee, and financial information in compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Accept additional responsibilities as assigned and execute them efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Regular communication is required, and the employee frequently needs to stand, walk, lift, and bend as necessary. This role may require occasional lifting of office supplies weighing between 25 to 50 pounds.
