Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at a well-known Law Firm in Conshohocken, PA.

Job Details:
  • Pay Rate: $24-28/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Full-Time: Temp to Perm
  • Location: Conshohocken, PA

Job Responsibilities:
  • Entering financial data into books and Juris software
  • Keeping financial records organized and easy to access
  • Tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other financial records
  • Paying wages, paying clients, witnesses, and other general business expenses
  • Staying on top of due dates while monitoring the impact of payments on the firm's bottom line
Job Requirements:
  • Two years of accounts payable experience
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping
  • Experience with payment vouchers and quick checks
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work relatively unsupervised after being given tasks and priorities
