Join Our Team as a Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

At Signature HealthCARE, we're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our reimbursement processes.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for supporting and training stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare reimbursement and coding, with the ability to travel to assigned sites Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of programs related to the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Prospective Payment Systems (PPS), Quality Measures (QM's), Medicaid Casemix, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
  • Design and present educational materials and workshops on RAI, PPS, Quality Measures, Medicare, and Medicaid using various media and technologies.
  • Conduct facility site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and evaluate and reinforce RAI/MDS/PPS processes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting.
  • Eighty to ninety percent travel with overnight stays.
