Compensation: $75,000 annually

The Beverage Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing bar operations and beverage sales within our restaurant. This position is key in driving beverage revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in achieving beverage sales targets.
  • Ensuring proper management and storage of all beverage supplies in accordance with company policies.
  • Focusing on optimizing beverage costs in line with budgetary goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of beverage sales and ensuring compliance with standard pouring measures.
  • Scheduling and managing bar staff effectively.
  • Training and developing staff in beverage service and sales techniques.
  • Upholding company standards for beverage and food service.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of bar equipment.
  • Monitoring staff adherence to uniform and hygiene standards.
  • Overseeing overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards in food and beverage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
  • Experience in staff training and scheduling based on operational needs.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Work Schedule:
