Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing business requirements, conducting systems analysis and design, and facilitating business process optimization for supply chain operations.
  • Utilizing knowledge of Retailix Biceps and Oracle RDF systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in ERP systems and possessing substantial experience in Supply Chain management.
  • Exhibiting expertise in multiple domains such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, warehousing, transportation, demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory oversight.
  • Having prior experience in grocery retail and distribution is highly desirable.
  • Collaborating with Business Process leaders or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze functional business process requirements for Supply Chain applications, while mapping these requirements to standard ERP functionalities and identifying software discrepancies and solutions.
  • Creating comprehensive documentation for business requirements, gap analysis, functional solution design, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Implementing ERP and supply chain applications effectively.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to develop and execute an integrated software solution across all business sectors.

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the grocery retail or distribution sector.
