The Project Manager will assume ownership for managing the implementation and post-live maintenance and operation of assigned projects. This includes creating the assigned application's business objectives, scope, and project plan, including tasks, timelines, and goals to be achieved.

The Project Manager will manage day-to-day activities of functional teams to accomplish goals, including prioritization of team task activities, managing available resources, and managing to budgetary guidelines.

Cross-functional integration and alignment with other teams and execution of plans and deliverables are also key responsibilities.

The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders and the Information Systems Director in assessing risk and addressing any issues in meeting project plans and deliverables on time, within scope, and established budget constraints.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of four (4) years' experience working with Hospital information systems, supporting application software, analyzing business problems, and project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or obtain certification within 24 months in position)
  • Specialized knowledge of integrated hospital systems
  • Knowledge of analysis, debugging, and standard project management tools
