Modeling and Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and running modeling and simulations of ballistic missile defense systems and ballistic missile threats.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the technical lead in all aspects of Missile Defense System Wargames and Exercises modeling and simulation.
- Conduct System Engineering Integration and Test (SEI&T) element pre-test coordination, event execution, pre- and post-mission testing.
- Configure and conduct on-console support on designated modeling and simulation workstations that support Combatant Command and Missile Defense Agency BMD exercises.
- Assist with identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Experience with DoD Wargames and Exercises.
- Familiarity with the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle process.
- Familiarity with MDASIM, Open Systems Sensor Models (OSM), EADSIM or other M&S software.
- CompTIA Security+ desired.
- Software development experience desired.
