Lugano, a high-jewelry luxury environment, is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive strong results and exceed targets. Our ideal candidate has a proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets by leveraging their knowledge of luxury lifestyle, international travel, arts, and fine dining.
Job Overview
This role involves strategically driving strong results to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of client service is always delivered and that the client experience is always the top priority.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategically drive strong results to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
• Ensure the highest level of client service is always delivered and that the client experience is always the top priority
• Work collectively to make a measurable contribution to the salon's and your personal sales goals
• Use key metrics to develop an effective sales strategy and personal business plan that enable you to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and cultivate new and existing clients, creating opportunities for networking
• Represent Lugano's brand at community events with integrity and a sense of ownership
• Translate time invested within the community into appointments that fuel sales
• Utilize provided sales tools and systems to accurately and promptly document detailed client and prospect information
• Stay current and involved in the worlds of art, healthcare, education, and other philanthropic organizations within our community
• Provide superior service to all clients, with exceptional communication, follow-up, and follow-through
• Support Salon functional operations
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience cultivating and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. They will possess expertise in personalizing and delivering remarkable experiences; emphasizing relationship-driven approaches and interactions. Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets by leveraging their knowledge of luxury lifestyle, international travel, arts, and fine dining is also essential.
Salary Information
The targeted base compensation for this role is $80,000 plus commission. Total compensation is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
