Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our products, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and acknowledging every customer, and demonstrating all products.
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates.
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
