Location: Seattle, WA

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our product and workflow, and collaborating with our senior team members and other departments to drive these initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer support inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and product development
* Collaborate with senior team members and other departments to drive business objectives
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our product, customers, and industry
* Support customer-facing projects and product discovery

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or operations role, preferably in the FinTech or alternative investment industry
* Familiarity with venture investing, fund accounting, or related fields
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
* Ability to effectively evaluate problems and propose sensible, scalable solutions
* Process-driven and highly organized, with an eye for process/product improvement
