Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach, train, and mentor all staff on menu items and kitchen procedures
  • Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on management style
  • Lead by example and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Meet the following qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
    • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
    • Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
    • Basic knowledge of computer software, including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
    • Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year (DOE)
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
