Job Description

At Monro Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Guest Care Specialist to join our team. As a key holder and manager on duty, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Monro's training program to execute the Monro selling process.
  • Engage guests, schedule appointments, build trust, and present needed services following the Monro selling process.
  • Assist in various aspects of guest care, work order completion, and register assistance.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
  • Understand and effectively communicate all products and services Monro offers to guests.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
