Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining payment approvals and resolving discrepancies
  • Input vendor invoices into our accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Prepare and distribute payment approvals, ensuring timely payments to vendors
  • Verify general ledger coding, approvals, and backup for invoices
  • Prepare month-end and year-end AP accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Research and resolve vendor issues in a timely manner
  • Respond to payment inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including supplier setup forms and approval information
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Experience processing Accounts Payable invoices and managing vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with General Ledger account coding and ERP systems
  • High degree of accuracy in data entry skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Good organization, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
