About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in Members and guests, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
