As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our Club.
About the Role
- Provide exceptional customer service to Members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in Members and guests, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our Club's amenities, services, and policies to provide informed and personalized recommendations to Members and guests.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
