KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a vital member of BCG's Global Compensation Centre of Expertise (COE), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategy, management, and development of compensation programs for consulting teams, knowledge teams, and business services. Your contributions will be essential in managing benchmarking, designing compensation structures, and conducting compensation reviews that inform managerial decisions across various BCG organizations and cohorts.

Compensation Analytics:

  • Develop analytical reports and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in establishing processes and frameworks for efficient workflow management within the COE, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and requests from global offices.
  • Contribute to key initiatives within the scope of Global Compensation COE.

Benchmarking and Compensation Reviews:

  • Conduct benchmarking analyses utilizing diverse market data sources. Generate comprehensive compensation reports, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Compensation Advisors and HR Partners to review, update, and design salary ranges and structures.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in data modeling and analysis.
  • Adept at presenting complex datasets in an easily understandable format.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in corporate and/or consulting compensation, demonstrating career progression.
  • Ability to drive analysis and processes with minimal guidance.
  • Familiarity with reward practices, particularly in benchmarking and compensation modeling.
  • In-depth understanding of various market benchmark surveys.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with compensation and analytics systems is advantageous (e.g., Market Pay, Tableau).
  • Experience working across different geographical regions.
  • Confidence in presenting benchmarking and compensation analyses.
  • Desire to engage with stakeholders.
