Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Perioperative team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth transition from surgery to recovery.
Responsibilities- Assess patient status and develop an individualized plan of care
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- One year of PACU experience preferred
- Current state licensure to practice nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (if applicable)
