Job Title: Resident Support Manager

At Switchpoint Community Resource Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the facility.
  • Engage in regular check-ins with tenant support staff.
  • Ensure compliance to policies and procedures with both staff and tenants.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance staff and property manager.
  • Handle tenant complaints, de-escalate when needed and involves property manager when needed.
  • Schedule employees to ensure shift coverage, minimizing overtime as much as possible.
  • Work closely with the case management team to assist tenant progression and well-being.
  • Hold tenants accountable to leases and issues warnings as necessary.
  • Assist the Property Manager in quick turnover of rooms and filling unit vacancies as quickly as possible.
  • Assist other departments as necessary to help the facility run successfully.
  • Cover shifts as needed due to staffing vacancies.
  • Keep inventory of supplies needed for the property.
  • Work to ensure accurate ordering of supplies.
  • Hiring and training of tenant support staff.
  • Assists with all activities and property functions to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Assists Property Manager with any budgetary concerns.
  • Be accountable for the tenant support team.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
  • Report critical incident(s) immediately to Regional Director.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills; capable of making quick yet sound judgments and decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) software.
  • Ability to learn other software as needed.
  • 2+ years in the hospitality or human services industry. Ideally, with experience serving individuals who are low-income to extremely low income with compassion and caring.
  • 1+ years in management.
Compensation:

Wage range $18 - $23
