Aircraft Maintenance Technician

FEAM Aero is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing line maintenance work on various customers' aircraft, ensuring they are safe and airworthy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Line Maintenance Work: Conduct on-call and scheduled maintenance work on various customers' aircraft, ensuring they are safe and airworthy.
- Inspect and Maintain Aircraft: Inspect and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot Systems: Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain full functioning equipment.
- Ensure Aircraft Safety: Ensure all departing aircraft are safe in accordance with FAR's and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals.
- Document Work Performed: Properly document all work performed, including maintenance tasks and activities.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant License: Must have a current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
- Aircraft Technician Experience: Must have experience as an aircraft technician, with a minimum of 40 hours of Gen Fam experience.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity, climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in precarious places.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to read and write English, and communicate effectively with the air carrier's maintenance control center.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Customer-facing skills, ability to work with the flight crew and interact in a professional manner.
- Independent Work: Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work without direct supervision.
