Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at HealthOp Solutions in Central Phoenix. About the Role

This is a full-time position with opportunities for flexible scheduling. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to provide comprehensive care to our patients within Obstetrics and Gynecology. Previous experience in an OBGYN setting is highly valued, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and managing patient health conditions through detailed healthcare plans.
  • Performing physical examinations, preoperative evaluations, and assisting in surgeries.
  • Diagnosing and treating women's health-related issues, including gynecological cancers, fertility problems, prenatal and postnatal care, and other relevant concerns.
  • Prescribing and managing medications and therapies.
  • Providing prenatal care, delivering babies, and offering postnatal support to mothers and infants.
  • Offering family planning services and counseling on pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, scans, and ultrasounds.
  • Ensuring patients receive timely follow-up care, answer their queries, and provide necessary support.
  • Staying updated on advancements in OBGYN and incorporating new treatments and technologies into patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona NP or PA License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish speaking skills.
  • At least 1 year of OBGYN experience.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $100,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
