Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Splunk Solutions Expert to join our team at Conducive. As a Splunk Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for delivering Splunk solutions to our clients, ensuring that their data is properly collected, stored, and analyzed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and develop customized Splunk solutions.
  • Design and implement Splunk architectures to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards and reports to provide clients with real-time insights.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Splunk usage and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Splunk features and technologies to ensure that our solutions are always cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Splunk, 6+ years of IT experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert IT issues and requirements into Splunk solutions.
  • General understanding of enterprise IT and data center environments.
  • Ability to quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems, how problems relate to the customer's business and ultimately communicate to technical and non-technical customers.
  • Experience with both the Unix and Windows operating systems; comfortable on the command line interface.
  • Self-motivated, self-educating, and willing and able to work collaboratively.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages (bash, python, or perl), networking, system administration, databases and analytical tools.
  • Solid grasp of best practices as recommended by Splunk.
  • Splunk Admin or Architecture certification.
  • General IT and networking knowledge.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
