What is the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program?

The Graduate Nurse Rotational Program is a 14-week program designed to provide recent nursing graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings. As a participant, you will work alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to develop your skills and knowledge, and gain a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program, you must:

  • Be a recent nursing graduate with a degree in nursing
  • Have a valid Pennsylvania nursing license
  • Be able to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
  • Be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances
