Are you a recent nursing graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our Graduate Nurse Rotational Program at UPMC Passavant may be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate nurses to join our team as part of a rotational program that will provide you with valuable experience and mentorship. As a Graduate Nurse Rotational Program participant, you will rotate through various units within the hospital, including the Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, GI Lab, and Orthopedic Unit or Oncology Unit, for 14 weeks.

Our program offers a unique chance to explore different areas of nursing and find your right 'home' in the profession. You will work alongside experienced nurses who will guide and mentor you in your learning, providing a broad education in nursing and helping you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed.

As a Professional Staff Nurse in our Graduate Nurse Rotational Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment, working collaboratively with physicians and other care providers to achieve desired patient outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in educational programs and professional development opportunities to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • CPR certification
  • Act 34 Criminal Clearance
  • Basic Life Support
