Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Acute Care Telemetry unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in coordinating department activities to ensure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities.
  • Coordinate the department's participation in Performance Improvement activities to ensure continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
