Employment Attorney Opportunity

A rapidly growing mid-size law firm in Palos Verdes is seeking a full-time Employment Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work in-office or fully remote, if preferred. As a key member of the firm, you will provide clients with exceptional legal representation, leveraging your expertise in employment law to drive results.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in advice and counsel is highly valued.
  • CA bar certification is required.
  • At least 4 years of solid employment experience is necessary.
  • The position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including fully remote, hybrid, or in-person options.
  • Ability to conduct court trials and depositions is essential.
  • Open to plaintiff and defense side employment opportunities.
  • PAGA experience of 2 years or more is a significant plus.
