Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Associate to join our team at Hatch Staffing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and proofing print and digital media items for our clients throughout multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Document Control Manager to ensure seamless execution of document control processes.
  • Setup and proof print and digital media items for clients across various systems.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of digital print requirements and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of media items.
