Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring the highest quality of care.

**Responsibilities**

* Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet the needs of our residents
* Establish a supportive environment by providing guidance and resources to staff and residents
* Maintain accurate records of resident care services
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a positive and efficient work environment
* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

**Requirements**

* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
* Basic computer skills
