A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a skilled Pharmacovigilance (PV) Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join their team at the Lawrenceville/New Brunswick, NJ location on a contract basis.

This role plays a critical part in the development and implementation of data analytics models that drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining reporting databases and analytics applications, as well as leveraging internal data systems to streamline processes.

The successful candidate will also contribute to qualitative and quantitative research projects, utilizing data analysis tools to aggregate and analyze data and make actionable recommendations. Additionally, they will be responsible for running and maintaining reports regarding activities, outcomes, and preparing presentations for management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models that provide insights into efficiency, quality, stakeholder feedback, and key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement effective reporting databases and analytics applications to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present reports and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
