Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our high-performing team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial real estate assets and investments, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring covenant compliance. Your role will also involve preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts and asset valuations, utilizing advanced Excel modeling and other tools for financial analysis, and mentoring and training junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial real estate assets to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure covenant compliance to maintain high-quality assets.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and asset valuations to inform investment decisions.
  • Utilize advanced Excel modeling and other tools for financial analysis to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and train junior staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • 7-9+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in asset management, valuation, commercial real estate debt, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Argus is preferred.
  • Demonstrated job stability and a solid track record of performance.
