This position focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of palletizing robots and associated conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic systems and conveyor components. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues that may hinder system performance. Execute timely corrective maintenance to restore optimal functionality. - Collaboration:
Work closely with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and parts replacement. Engage with internal teams to communicate maintenance needs and status updates. - Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols during maintenance activities. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to robotic systems and material handling. - Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs. Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance tasks completed. - Training:
Keep abreast of advancements in robotics and material handling technologies. Provide training to fellow maintenance staff on system operations and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications:
