Position Overview:

As a Lead Generative AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI-driven automation solutions within a prominent organization in the Telecommunications and IoT sector. This position is part of a dynamic research and product development team focused on innovative applications of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sophisticated Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for diverse IoT applications, product networks, and client support scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver effective Generative AI solutions.
  • Integrate AI prompts into various applications, addressing technical challenges and implementing creative solutions.
  • Write clean, reusable, and modular Python code for the development of Generative AI algorithms and models.
  • Oversee the deployment of LLM projects, establishing criteria for success and performance metrics.
  • Lead the design and execution of AI solutions, utilizing Python for Generative AI applications.
  • Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation for AI solutions, encompassing design specifications, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning development, with at least 1-2 years focused on Generative AI technologies.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Numpy, and scikit-learn.
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with Generative AI/LLMs, demonstrating capability in delivering and productionizing solutions.
  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including building REST APIs/GraphQL using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Familiarity with the latest LLM tools and techniques, including LangChain, Promptflow, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Expertise in Generative AI pipelines and various language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, BERT, or LLAMA, along with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
  • Commitment to staying informed about advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, contributing innovative ideas to the team.
