Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Lead AI/ML Architect to spearhead our AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and leadership capabilities in developing intelligent solutions, with a strong emphasis on generative modeling. You will also be responsible for mentoring a team of skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide expert guidance in the design and execution of AI/ML solutions, particularly in Generative AI.
  • Lead the development team in addressing complex AI/ML challenges, focusing on generative modeling.
Generative AI Expertise:
  • Design and implement advanced generative models for applications such as image synthesis, text generation, and data augmentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI to incorporate state-of-the-art technologies into our offerings.
Project Management:
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure successful completion within agreed deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative culture within the AI/ML engineering team.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Algorithm Development:
  • Create and implement robust machine learning algorithms, with a focus on generative models.
  • Ensure alignment of generative models with business objectives and client needs.
Model Deployment:
  • Lead the deployment of both generative and traditional machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams for seamless integration.
Client Interaction:
  • Engage with clients to understand their AI/ML needs, particularly in Generative AI, and provide strategic insights.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior or Principal AI/ML Engineer, with a focus on Generative AI, in a consulting or similar setting.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, with specialization in generative modeling libraries.
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy both generative and traditional machine learning models at scale.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple AI/ML projects, including generative modeling initiatives, concurrently.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
